We are excited to announce that the Admission Portal for 2024 is now live! All new KUCCPS students can sign up on the portal to download their admission letters and other relevant documents. Follow this guide to navigate the sign-up process and access your essential admission materials.
Step-by-Step Sign-Up Guide
1. Access the Admission Portal
Start by visiting the official admission portal at https://admission2024.jkuat.ac.ke.
2. Enter Your Details
To create your account, you need to enter the following information correctly:
- Surname: Enter your surname as it appears in your KUCCPS application.
- Other Names: Enter your other names exactly as they appear in your KUCCPS application.
- Email: Provide your personal email address.
- Email Confirm: Confirm your personal email address.
- Mobile No.: Enter your mobile number in the format 0700123456 or 254700123456.
- Index No.: Enter your high school index number in the format 12345678910/2023.
- Sponsor: Enter the name of your sponsor.
3. Create Your Account
After entering all the required details, click the "Sign Up" button to create your account.
4. Activate Your Account
Check your email inbox for an activation email from JKUAT. Click the activation button in the email to activate your account.
5. Retrieve Your Temporary Password
After activating your account, check your email again for a message containing your temporary password.
6. Login to the Portal
Your username will be your email address. Use your email and the temporary password to log in to the admission portal.
To return to the login page, click here or click the JKUAT logo on the portal.
7. Download Your Admission Letter
Once logged in, you can download your admission letter and other relevant documents from the portal. Follow the instructions provided to complete any additional steps required.

- Double-check your details: Ensure all the information you enter matches your KUCCPS application to avoid any delays.
- Monitor your email: Keep an eye on your email for important messages from JKUAT, including your activation link and temporary password.
- Keep your credentials secure: Store your temporary password in a safe place and change it to a personal, secure password after your first login.
