2. JKUAT Champion League

Calling all sports enthusiasts! The JKUAT Champion League is set to resume for Season 6, and it promises to be bigger and better than ever. The reigning champions, School of Biological Sciences are eager to fiercely defend the title against 20 other schools. The six edition looks to incorporate the JKUAT Satelite campuses as well according to the sports and Entertainment Secretary, Maurice Rodgers.

3. JKUSA Awards

All eyes will be on the officeof the president as we officially kick off the Trendsetters season. Get ready to celebrate the best of the best! The JKUSA Awards recognize outstanding achievements among students, clubs, and societies. It’s a night of glitz, glamour, and well-deserved recognition. 

4. Cultural Week

Diversity is one of JKUAT’s greatest strengths, and Cultural Week is a vibrant celebration of the various cultures that make up our student body. From traditional dances to international cuisines, this week-long event is a feast for the senses and a true showcase of unity in diversity. All eyes are on the office of the president awaiting the release of the official dates for the cultural week.

5. Mr. and Miss JKUAT

And now, for the pièce de résistance—Mr. and Miss JKUAT. This event is the crown jewel of the semester, where beauty, talent, and charisma take center stage. Expect a night of high fashion, electrifying performances, and fierce competition as contestants vie for the coveted titles. The recent win of former Miss JKUAT, Irene Ng'endo as the Miss Universe Kenya, will certainly inspire Mr and Miss JKUAT, class of 2024/2025. 6. Biashara Week

Adding to the excitement, Biashara Week is set to be a dynamic event by the office of the finance secretary that brings together budding entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and business enthusiasts. This week is dedicated to fostering an entrepreneurial spirit among students, featuring workshops, pitch competitions, and networking sessions with successful business owners. Whether you have a business idea you'd like to develop or you're simply curious about the world of entrepreneurship, Biashara Week offers invaluable insights and opportunities to kickstart your entrepreneurial journey.

7. Freshman Orientation

This one is for the Freshmen. Curated by the Office of the Secretary General, the new students will get to learn about JKUSA officials and how to join leadership. Last year's edition saw Boutross perfom his hit song Angela alongside a contigent from NRG radio. It will be intersting to see what this year's edition has in store for us.
