THOUSANDS OF STUDENTS LOOK TO JOIN JKUAT THIS SEPTEMBER 2024
JKUSA welcomes all freshmen placed at JKUAT. JKUSA Orientation will take place soon after admission. Stay tuned for the dates of the official FRESHMAN Party to be released by the Office of the Entertainment Secretary.
Last year's placement by Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) marks a seven percent increase in the number of students who picked JKUAT as their academic choice destination compared to the 2022 placement.
Stting trends as a university of global excellence in training, research, innovation, and entrepreneurship for development, JKUAT has established a commendable environment for quality education and research in key areas like agriculture, engineering, technology, enterprise development, the built environment, health sciences, social sciences, and other applied sciences.
Regarding the placements, Secretary General, Gichangi Gitonga remarked that the students had chosen wisely, highlighting that the university has secured top-notch faculty and practical, industry-supported training to guarantee the students' academic achievement.
